Exchanges Policy
At Memariz, each piece is crafted in limited quantities. Due to the exclusivity of our collections, exchanges are subject to the conditions below.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective items.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Limited Availability
As our pieces are limited edition, exchanges can only be processed if the requested size is in stock. If the required size is unavailable, we will issue store credit equal to the product’s value for future purchases.
3. Non‑Exchangeable Items
- Customized, altered, or exclusive collaboration products cannot be exchanged.
- Products purchased during sales, giveaways, or special promotions are not eligible for exchange.
4. Exchange Process
- Email talktomemariz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.
- After inspection, we will ship the replacement size (if available) or issue store credit.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
- Memariz will cover shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back within India.
- For international orders, round‑trip shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace it at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
7. Final Note
Because our collections are limited and exclusive, Memariz does not offer refunds. Exchanges depend strictly on stock availability.
